Thriving Together

Monday nights from 6:30-8:00PM

Let’s be honest- we all have trauma. It effects each and every one of us differently and we usually choose to cope with it in different ways. This group is designed to get you in the door. To create a safe space so you can start to work on the layers like an onion. We don’t compare. We do not judge. We do not diagnose- We support.

Educator’s Support

Tuesday evenings at 6PM in person

The goal of the educator’s support group is to create a community network of understanding and support for teachers and other academic professionals to help combat teacher burnout, frustrations, loss of passion, and ultimately to stop teachers from leaving the field and their careers.

Every other Wednesday evening at 6PM in person

A women’s group that is for sober or the sober curious looking for a sense of community and support.

Sober & Free Group

The Second Sunday of every month from 10am-12pm.

Open to anyone in the role of caregiver to a loved one who is seeking guidance or just a safe space to feel heard and supported.

 Reinventing Fabulous: Navigating Career Shifts with Confidence

Join us for another inspiring and lively virtual conversation on Thursday, October [insert date] at 8 PM! As part of our bi-weekly LGBTQ+ and ALLY meet-up series, this month we’re focusing on career transformations—a topic for anyone who feels stuck, unfulfilled, or ready for a bold shift in their professional life.

Featuring:

Nicole Latini: Artist & former teacher, founder of @CoastTwoCoastEats and the Social Media Strategist & Content Creator for Beak & Skiff, 1911 Established, and Ayrloom. Nicole left a teaching career to pursue her true passion—videography and content creation. She’ll share her journey of taking the leap, starting fresh at 40, and thriving in a creative industry.

Travis Barr: Co-Founder of H.Grey Supply Co., First Drag Queen elected to a School Board, Cazenovia Pride Festival Producer, and Board of Education Member. Travis will provide insight into the power of community and how supportive systems can make all the difference when navigating big career transitions.

Tracy Dando: Founder & Director of Safe Space CNY, Mental Health Advocate, and Coach. Tracy will offer her expertise in building strong support systems to help manage the emotional and mental aspects of career changes while maintaining well-being.

Men’s Support

Every Wednesday at 6:30PM in person

This group is designed to bring “a totally awesome group of men together to discuss the issues that we are all facing as men today: building and maintaining relationships, unpacking the “truths” we were told about being a man, why we struggle to trust and more.” - in the words of our facilitator, Mac.

Survivors of Stalking Support Group 

Tuesdays beginning September 17th at 6:30PM in person

You are NOT alone if you’ve survived stalking - and you deserve to heal.  This 10-week long, confidential support group is for people of all gender identities who are no longer experiencing a stalking situation, but may still need coping strategies to navigate the aftermath of stalking.  This group will hold space for survivors to openly express hardships, successes, and feelings as a means to process what you have endured.  By sharing and connecting with others who have had similar experiences, you can receive emotional support, decrease feelings of isolation, and find community.  Join this group and begin or continue your healing journey as a survivor-to-thriver!

$5-$10 suggested donation

Divorce Group

Every Monday @ 7pm (virtual)

This group is designed to offer group members the opportunity to share their divorce-related experiences, process emotions and give and receive support by other community members going through similar experiences. 

Disordered Eating/Exercise Support

Sundays from 3 pm - 4 pm @ Peaks Coffee

This group allows individuals to work towards personal goals around their own disordered way of coping with food and exercise while offering community support to their peers. This is an 8 week group designed to build community and a support system while working on personal goals and daily triggers/challenges.

Postpartum Support

Monday from 3:30-5pm $10 a session

All postpartum birthing parents are welcome and feel free to bring babies up to 18 months of age

There is truly no way to prepare for parenting. Welcoming a new baby comes with so much joy, disruption, loss of control, amazement, an entirely new schedule (what schedule?!), no sleep, changes to your relationship, new roles, a new identity, and so much more. Join postpartum parents to share the good/bad/ugly, and to experience the magic and strength that comes from connecting with people going through exactly the same season as you.

Postpartum Partner’s Support

The first Wednesday of the month-

Nov 1st, Dec 6th, Jan 3rd, Feb 7th

from 6-7:30PM

$10 a session

It is our passionate belief that partners need education and support too. This is a place to vent, a place to meet some new parent friends, a place to crowdsource what the heck is going on with their newborn and a place to feel seen.

Neurodivergent

Support

Held biweekly on Tuesdays at 6:00PM Virtually

In this peer-to-peer space, we celebrate neurodiversity and offer a platform for sharing insights, challenges, and triumphs. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or any other neurodivergent identity, you're not alone.

Through open dialogue, mutual support, and resource sharing, we aim to cultivate resilience and self-acceptance. Together, we navigate the intricacies of everyday life, from work and relationships to self-care and advocacy.

Teen Group

Returning this Fall*

    - questions/wrap up (20 min)

    snacks are provided.

    All youth in grades 7-12 are welcome.

    *a formal diagnosis is not required.

    note: parents/guardians of teens with mental health challenges will meet at the same time in a separate room. discussions will be led by fellow parents with similar lived experiences.
