To create a safe space so you can start to work on the layers like an onion. We don’t compare. We do not judge. We do not diagnose- We support.

Club Sober
In collaboration with Pink Rock Culture Co-Op
The first Wednesday of every month- Starting March 5th
When sobriety is your bedrock, but performing requires playing in bars and clubs...
When the stage and audiences can be intimidating and you've found socially approved but health-diminishing ways to take the edge off and now you seek a holistic kind of support...
When lowered inhibitions in the short-term leads to fostering long-term habitual cycles...
When what works in the beginning, doesn't work in the end...
When being in substance-fueled environments challenges recovery...
When the spotlight is literally shining on you...
Pre-show jitters...
Post-show come-down...
Professional musicians likely run the risk of normalizing the bar/club environment, because that environment becomes their workplace. That workplace introduces other problematic factors for cycles of addiction; late nights and irregular sleep schedules. It’s a recipe for unbalance.
This is not just a peer-support group meeting, but lasting connections and support in real-life, when it's a call, or a friend in the crowd before or after your gig -- centered energy for strength, confidence, and stress- and risk-management.
If you’re an artist, you'll make art regardless of how you’re feeling or what state you’re in. Let it be sober. Try it and see what's possible.
Neurodivergent
Support
Held biweekly on Tuesdays at 6:00PM Virtually
In this peer-to-peer space, we celebrate neurodiversity and offer a platform for sharing insights, challenges, and triumphs. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or any other neurodivergent identity, you're not alone.
Through open dialogue, mutual support, and resource sharing, we aim to cultivate resilience and self-acceptance. Together, we navigate the intricacies of everyday life, from work and relationships to self-care and advocacy.
